Sushi Rolling Class

Thursday, October 26
6:30-8:30 p.m. in the Ballroom

$35 per person which includes a demo of how to make
a Japanese dressing and salad and then a "hands on"
experience of rolling your own sushi.

After the class you'll be served sushi made by the staff, 

a glass of Saki, a Japanese salad and fortune cookies.

Craft beer lovers will have an opportunity to expand
their brew knowledge while sampling beers from the local
breweries. Come and enjoy exposure to Rivertowne Brewery.

Wednesday Nights in Guyaux Family Dining Room

All children 12 and under (members only) eat free on Wednesday nights.

Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Children will
have their choice of angel hair pasta and meatballs, ravioli with marinara,
chicken fingers, cheeseburgers or macaroni and cheese all served with two
side dishes and an ice cream sundae
