Chiller Project Commences

Many of you have asked what the excavating is about behind the playground area.  We are pleased to report that the area is  being prepared for the installation of a new chiller unit. The new chiller will replace the existing 42 year old unit. The new chiller will improve the efficiency of the air conditioning system in the main clubhouse. The project is expected to be completed by mid-September.
